Dear Desert Blossom's Parents,
It's our 1 month celebration at our little preschool! I can not believe how fast these last few weeks have gone by. There have been little changes here and there along the way. I hope that you have had time to visit our website: www.desertblossomspreschool.com. This blog is just another tool to keep you up to date with what we are learning each week.
You will find our weekly menu, what we have been learning and, of course, precious moments captured on camera. Last month we had a lot of fun with our winter theme. The kids learned about the letters S and M. We also introduced the sight word a, the color blue, the number 1 and 2, and explored circles. The kids really enjoyed their sensory bin and have been having a lot of fun with the various gross/ fine motor skill activities.
February will be another BUSY month! Some important dates to remember:
Beginning the week of the February 14th we will celebrate Love of Reading Week!
